This is an independent class for students in elementary school. We will use games, songs, books and art to explore yoga, mindfulness and music. As students practice the poses, they will become stronger and learn how to both gain energy and calm their bodies. The fall session’s theme is “Out of this World”! Come explore outer space through songs, movement, poses and crafts!

Price: $120 per student per series, $20 drop in for one week
