Four Seasons!Did you know that the seasons played a role in Culpeper’s survival? Join us this month as we learn about the 4 seasons and their importance to farmers who have planted this land for centuries. Participants will explore the differences between the seasons and what happens on a farm during each one. They will create a seasonal picture to take home.
“Elementary Explorers” is an interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts and activities out of the past!
The series, targeted at ages 5-9, will be held monthly. Each month will feature a different activity and craft inspired by local history.
A parent or guardian must accompany their child.
This program is FREE thanks to a Power of Change grant from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
Participants may be photographed for use in museum promotional and marketing material.
