Elemental™ Yoga allows the body to optimally move a lot and in many different ways. A class for all levels plus beginners. This practice is non-vinyasa and low weight bearing on wrists, especially therapeutic for yogis with back pain and those who are recovering from any joint injury. A quiet meditative experience that will leave you relaxed, aligned, and refreshed.
