Meet and Greet:
- Wear Mask
- Use wipes or Hand sanitizing
- Temperature taken (fever over 102* shall not be approved to join the session, must be record, report and check in to the nearest hospital immediately.
- Bring personal yoga mat/ water bottle & towel or it can be purchased on site
- Gratitude will be allowed but not required.
