Pop Up - Elemental Yin
Friday 28th June at 7.15pm with Susi
Join Susi as we dive into 75 minutes of deep release, stillness and healing. In this Elemental Deep Yin Pop Up we work through a carefully crafted, yin sequence of long held postures. The element of FIRE is connected to the season of summer, the most yang time of the year. It is a time for expansion and growth.
This practice supports us to release mental tension, physical tension in the deepest layers of our tissue (fascia), supports the clearing of blockages allowing energy to flow more freely and brings about a sense of release and liberation.
