Join Sunni at Monkton Nature Reserve for this Mini retreat all about Rest and Nourishment for Body, Mind and Soul.
The day will weave together Yin Yoga, Down Regulating Pranayama (breath expansion) and Soothing Vibrations from the Crystal Bowls.
The practices, for all experience levels, the poses are all floor based and supported by props.
Mat, Eye Pillow, Bolster & Brick provided.
Please bring a blanket and dress appropriately for the weather, layer up if it’s cooler out and bring cosy socks ( there are heaters too but you can never be too cosy ! )
