Elemental Sound Baths

Each week offers a 1-hour sound bath designed to gently support rest, balance and connection through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments.

We begin with Earth, supporting grounding and stability, move into Water, inviting emotional flow and softness, then Fire, encouraging energy and transformation, and finally Air, bringing clarity and release.

This series offers a simple space to pause, listen and reconnect, with each element bringing its own quality of experience.

You are welcome to attend any one session or come to all four as a series.

Held by Flora, each session offers a calm and supportive environment for rest and renewal.

Flora (flolux sound) is a Light Artist and Qualified Sound Therapist based in Edinburgh. Her interest lies with sounds ability through vibration to aid healing within the body and restore alignment. Working closely with sound, light and meditation. Her work has been displayed in various city's across the UK

We can provide yoga mats and bolsters. Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring extra blankets/pillows if you would like, the cosier you are the better!
