About this Event
ABOUT THE EVENT 🌳🌬🔥💦
Being in Nature can be really healing and restorative, helping us to ground and relax 🌳🧘♂️✨️
We are a part of Nature - and spending time immersed in it can bring us home to our true selves!
In these events and ceremonies, we will connect deeply with the land and the energies of the different seasons, working with the Celtic Wheel of the Year 🌱🌹🍂❄️
There shall be meditations, mindful walking and other exercises to help us connect to the consciousness of the trees, plants, rocks and streams - opening ourselves to receiving the gifts and wisdom of Nature.
Also, we will sing songs and mantras to honour Mother Earth and the elemental energies that weave this physical world into being 🔥💦🌳🌬✨️

This event will take place in Sefton Park, starting from the pine trees over the road the old grotto caves.

SOME OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
As this event is outdoors, please try to be prepared for the day's weather and whatever temperature it might be. We will tend to go ahead with the event - come rain or shine - so dress accordingly and bring an umbrella, suncream or whatever else you might need to comfortably meet and honour our beautiful elements! 💦🌞🌳🌬
Bringing some water can be a good idea too, as we usually sing some songs - and it can help to stay hydrated while singing 🎵✨️
You are welcome to bring along your own instruments (drums, rattles etc) for when we sing to the earth and the elements 🔥🌬🌱🌊
During the event, there may be exercises where we sit down to meditate or lie on the ground, so please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable (i.e. a picnic blanket or extra layer of clothing).
