Welcome to our upcoming retreat focused on connecting with the grounding element of Earth! Join us for a day of learning about herbal remedies, grounding practices, and nature connection. Immerse yourself in walks in the forest, herbal crafting, and deepen your understanding of nature's healing powers. We'll make deep Winter root medicine, create a collaborative nature mandala, walk and meditate on and with the land, herbal wreath making, and make your own herb infused oils.
