Elemental Awakening: A Sunrise Yoga Experience

Join us on the Lake Michigan Waterfront for a Summer Sunrise Yoga Flow series. The morning yoga will be led by local yogis, sound healers, meditators, and musical artists to get your Friday morning started.

Chess Pavilion on the south end of North Avenue Beach - in the grass.

6:00am ‘Doors’ Open

6:30am Yoga Flow

7:30am Mini bonfire, meditation, community spiritual rejuvenation, and a jump into the lake!

Refreshments and morning snacks provided following the event.

Please BYOM (bring your own mat), a water bottle, and a towel if you plan to jump into the lake.

Travel

Find the 'Chess Pavilion' to get you to the right location - the parking lot at North Ave Beach may not be open (but worth trying). Otherwise there is street parking a few blocks away. Biking or walking is ideal!

Inclement weather

The sunrise yoga flow will be canceled only in the event of severe inclement weather. We will monitor the weather, and make the decision two hours prior to the event - you will be notified by email.
