Electro Asana Session, is an experience that combines music, movement and expression of emotions through the art of intuitive painting✨.

Join us for a session where we'll combine the power of electronic sounds matched with yoga practice to root yourself and connect more deeply with your body, emotions, and most importantly, work on your base chakra ✨
What is the base chakra, or Muladhara? It is the energy center that is the foundation of our energy system. It is located at the posture of the spine. It is represented, as a four petaled red lotus flower. The four petals of the lotus represent the four aspects of human consciousness: mind, intellect, consciousness and ego.
What you will experience during the session:
A customized yoga practice in which individual asanas help open your fundamental energy center. The class is led by Vanja a certified yogi ?‍♀️
A unique musical background created especially for this event by OLLIN to stimulate the vibration of Muladhara music and harmonize your body, mind and soul ?
Expression of emotions through art - after yoga, together we will transfer our feelings to canvases, creating intuitive paintings ?
