Electrification and Energy Rating for Housing Developers

Rochester area housing developers, builders, and architects are invited to join the City of Rochester, Center for Energy and Environment, and Electrify Everything MN to learn about opportunities to incorporate electrification and energy efficiency into new home construction and the certifications and incentives available.

• Get an overview of energy ratings and certifications that can help you build sustainable homes.
• Learn about the technologies available to build homes with efficient, electric HVAC and appliances.
• Learn about incentives and tax credits available to support project bottom lines

Lunch will be provided. Electrify Everything Minnesota is managed by the Center for Energy and Environment and is supported by the City of Rochester and other local government and foundation partners.
