As a performer, he's a six-time Canadian Comedy Award nominee, a frequent guest on Comedy Central's @midnight, a contributing correspondent and writer for CBC's This Hour Has 22 Minutes, an actor who's appeared on shows for ABC, CBS, CBC, Showcase, Family Channel, Comedy Central, and others, and a stand-up comedian whose first TED Talk, I'm Tired of People Telling Me to "Grind," was recorded at TED2021, whose second TED Talk, I'm Terrified of Wanting to be a Billionaire, was recorded at TED2022, whose third time on stage at TED was as a specially-invited guest host at TED2023, and whose stand-up clips have gotten over 100 million views online, mostly on Reddit. Repeatedly lauded for his "big, expressive eyes," Vulture called him a "great comedian," GQ Spain anointed him a "brown Steve Carell," Radio Canada dubbed him a "modern Mr. Bean," the Toronto Sun hailed him as Canada's next great comedy talent - the "next in line" after Mike Myers and Jim Carrey, Ottawa Life Magazine said that "his self-deprecating manner and friendly stage presence make him highly likeable," and the Kingston Herald described him as a "veteran performer who's at ease as he hilariously interacts with the audience, making it feel as though you're hanging out with a really funny friend."

The Hollywood Improv Lab

Since 1963, the Improvisation Comedy Clubs have remained the premier stages for live comedy in the United States. Over the decades, the talent who have graced Improv stages represent the Who’s Who in American comedy. Located at the epicenter of the entertainment world, the legendary Hollywood Improv opened decades ago and continues to deliver a combination of A-list comedy, great food and strong cocktails. In the days leading up to its 1975 opening, a young Jay Leno could be found helping paint the ceilings. The club’s iconic brick wall and trademark piano have become symbols of stand-up comedy around the globe.

Hosted & produced by Sean Leary - Sean Leary is a Midwest-bred, Los Angeles-based comedian, producer, and creative force redefining live comedy experiences across the country. From beach houses and backyards to gyms and golf courses, Sean has built a national following by transforming unconventional spaces into unforgettable comedy events. He is the creator and host of The Buddy Cop Podcast, the sold-out Chips & Bits Comedy Golf Tournament series, Malibu Comedy Night, and Beach House Comedy Club—each blending high-energy stand-up with community, creativity, and a touch of chaos. Sean recently filmed an episode of Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, premiering on CBS and Paramount+ in November, adding to a resume that includes appearances on Fox’s Laughs, Hulu, Fusion, Sirius XM Comedy Radio, and Yahoo Sports: Comedians Against the Spread.
