Zucchini rolls w/ herbed goat cheese and red pepper
Mini Beef Wellington
Scallops wrapped with hickory smoked bacon
Shrimp cocktail shooter
By 7:25pm you should have picked a seat and we invite you to savor the offerings of the buffet. We will provide 1 bottle of wine per table, which should be familiar as we tasted them during the meetings. You are encouraged to bring your own wines as well. The buffet includes following delights:
Petite Entrée Station ( you pick your favorites )
The Colonnade Signature Salad
Roast Beef
Mashed potato and seasonal vegetable
Crab Cakes
Penne ala Vodka
Asian Station ( you pick your favorites )
Cold sesame noodles served with chopsticks
California, Spicy Crab, and Vegetable Rolls
Seared tuna served on a rice cracker with fresh ginger, wasabi and soy sauces
This will be succeeded with a trio of Seasonal Mini Desserts, coffee and Tea.
After we've enjoyed our meal, sit back and unwind to the elegant piano sounds, created by the hands of our member, Carmen Scrimalli.

Fee includes sparkling wine toast, appetizers, salad, choice of entree, dessert, 1bottle of wine per table, tax and gratuity.
As usual, participants must have reached drinking age.
