A classic Electra community event to create a place for awesome women to unite, this time particularly on the topic of health and wellness.
About this Event

We spend a lot of time talking about business. But the truth is, how we feel - physically, mentally, hormonally - shapes everything else. So this time, Electra is dedicating an evening to the thing that underpins it all: our health.

This is a warm, practical, and genuinely useful evening - not a lecture, not a sales pitch, and definitely not a room full of people staring at their phones. Come ready to explore, ask questions, and leave with something you can actually use.

What's happening?

We hope to bring together some of Bristol and the South West's most exciting women's health businesses under one roof, alongside brilliant conversation and the usual Electra warmth.

On the night, we will hear practical insights from Shona Beats, former COO of Headspace and one of the most thoughtful voices on workplace wellbeing and healthy habits.

I am also inviting all sorts of fab female health entrepreneurs to join us, such as:

• Breast health checks with Micrima - pioneers in radio frequency breast screening technology, right here in Bristol
• Bra fitting with Peachaus - because fit matters more than most of us realise
• Conversations and demos from local innovators in women's health, including Grace & Green, myCelcius (temperature tracking and menopause), Anya, Melody (period tracking), Eleria, and Emm Tech - all to be confirmed!
• Great food, good drinks, and the kind of connections that actually go somewhere.

Whether you're an entrepreneur or an intrapreneur (an entrepreneurial person in a big business environment), I'd love for you to join us.

What is Electra?

Electra was founded as a Bristol community where brilliant women can unite to connect, grow, and celebrate. We bring together entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, founders, professionals, and ecosystem builders for a programme of events from intimate brunches and dinners to skills sessions and evenings like this one.
