Where creativity, movement and storytelling come together to inspire confidence, connection and purpose.

Life doesn't stop evolving. Through movement, drama and storytelling, Living Forward celebrates the idea that every chapter of life offers new opportunities to learn, connect and grow.

Join us for a series of interactive workshops designed to inspire confidence, encourage meaningful social connections and promote physical, cognitive and emotional well-being. Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or simply looking for a fun and engaging experience, these sessions invite you to embrace life's next chapter with curiosity and purpose. Suitable for adults of all abilities, no previous drama or dance experience is required.

Today's Workshop - I Take Centre-Stage: Celebrate your unique life story through interactive drama and storytelling. Using fun, easy role-play, you'll explore cherished memories, build self-confidence, strengthen your self-worth, and experience the simple joy of expressing yourself while connecting with others.

Meet Your Facilitator : The workshops are facilitated by Linda Odelia Poh, Founder and CEO of Learning Cottage (Singapore) Pte Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in education, drama and mental wellness, Linda is the creator of Drama In Motion Exercise (DIME) and I Take Centre-Stage, programmes that use the transformative power of drama to promote active living, emotional well-being and social connection.

Linda is also a certified trainer, an educator, a drama/theatre practitioner, curriculum writer and CTRT practicum supervisor. Over the past decade, she has trained many educators both in Singapore and across the region.

A Community Longevity Initiative : Living Forward, Life Unscripted is presented by ELDEX Asia in collaboration with Learning Cottage Care, supporting ELDEX's mission of Sparking Community Longevity through meaningful community experiences.

Why is there a S$10 participation fee? To ensure an engaging and personalised experience, each workshop is limited to a small group of participants. The nominal fee helps support programme materials and professional facilitation, while encouraging confirmed attendance so every place is fully utilised.
