About this Event
Are you an exhausted eldest daughter? Are you looking for more connection and support?
If so, come check out this biweekly educational workshop series led by two BIPOC eldest daughter therapists. Join us as we explore themes unique to this family role and experience. You can expect to learn about specific concepts and connect with other eldest daughters.
This space will focus on skills, strategies, and connection with others who share this identity.
Drop-in for one or all of the topics! For ages 18 and older.
