In this in-person class, participants will learn the various health benefits of Elderberry, the Folklore of the Elder Tree, and will make their own Elderberry Syrup that can be eaten on pancakes or muffins as an daily, healing food. Information will also be shared on how to grow it, and cuttings will be available for participants to take home.
