Join us Saturday, July 25, for the Elbow Foundation Rib Fest at Shep’s on 6th!
Come hungry and get ready to try some great ribs from local teams while supporting the Elbow Foundation and its mission to provide scholarships for local students pursuing technical fields, support other nonprofits, and give back to the community.
Event Schedule
Friday, July 24
Rib Prep Night: 5:30–7:30 PM
Saturday, July 25
Prep starts: 8:00 AM
Barriers set up: 11:00 AM
Meat must be ready: 5:30 PM
Blind judging: 5:45 PM
Rib feed: 6:00–7:30 PM, or until the ribs are gone
Winners announced: 7:30 PM
Tickets
Only 400 tickets will be available.
Tickets purchased before July 10 are $20.
Tickets purchased July 10 or after are $25.

Awards
1st Place: $500 + Trophy
2nd Place: $300 + Trophy

Payment can be made by cash or check to Elbow Foundation.
Teams will cook baby back ribs.
