Elaina Christina * EP Debut * Homecoming

Elaina Christina returns to Omaha for the first time since leaving for Nashville in 2022 — and she returns with something to show for it.

In the years since making the move, Elaina has established herself as a powerful vocalist and compelling Americana / country songwriter, earning recognition at the International Songwriting Competition, Tin Pan South, and the Nashville Songwriters Association International. On July 31st, that journey reaches a milestone with the release of Leaver — her debut EP, and the fullest expression of her artistry yet.

This evening marks the official release performance of Leaver, a collection of songs written with the kind of honesty and craft that has always defined the best of Americana-infused country music. A first chapter, delivered to the people who were always rooting for it.

The evening opens with Vertigo, an ensemble from Omaha's BluesEd program — an organization with a special place in this story. Elaina herself is a BluesEd alumna, and the grit and emotional directness of that tradition runs through her songwriting to this day. Her drummer Luke carries that same lineage — making this opening act something more than incidental.
