The Value of the Latino Vote
Hosted by the Latino Policy Institute (LPI) in partnership with the Rhode Island Secretary of State's Office
Join us for a free, nonpartisan Latino Voter Education Workshop designed to empower Rhode Islanders with the knowledge and resources needed to participate confidently in our elections.
Whether you're registering to vote for the first time, have questions about voting, or simply want to better understand the process, this workshop is for you.
What you'll learn:
- How to register to vote
- Voter ID requirements in Rhode Island
- How to apply for and vote by mail
- How to find your polling location
- How to access your sample ballot
- How to find information about elected officials
- Your rights as a voter
- Resources available through the Rhode Island Secretary of State's Office
This workshop is free and open to the public. Family members and friends are welcome to attend.
Together, let's strengthen Latino civic participation and ensure our community has the information and tools needed to make our voices heard.
