Join our Emerging Leaders for a fun and rejuvenating Summer Solstice Yoga Flow Session at Mentor Beach Park - due to rain the event has been reset for Monday July 1st at 6:00pm! It's the perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and others amidst the beauty of the outdoors and to kick off your summer with an open heart and a calm mind! The event is free; all we ask is that you consider making a donation in support of United Way of Lake County's purpose to ensure no one in need stands alone.Everyone is welcome, both men and women alike, regardless of skill level!
Led by the passionate and creative Kristina Ambrosia, she will share her love for yoga, creativity, and community engagement, ensuring a unique and inspirational experience for all!
Date: Saturday, June 29, 2024
Time: 12 pm - 1 pm
Location: Mentor Beach Park at 7779 Lake Shore Blvd in Mentor-on-the-Lake (We will gather near the Pavilion)
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, or towel to sit on, and water to stay hydrated
No Fee - Donations Welcome!
Participation is free, but donations to United Way of Lake County are gratefully accepted and can be made upon registering or at the event with cash or Venmo. Completely optional of course!
