EL SALVADOR DESSERT AUCTION FUNDRAISER

WHAT THE NIGHT WILL LOOK LIKE:

Join us for an evening of coffee, dessert, and giving back! From 7:00 to 9:00 PM on March 1, 2025, indulge in delicious treats and warm beverages as we come together for a great cause. Location is The Creative Hive in Edmonton.
Ticket Cost: $25
Your ticket includes:
• Free coffee throughout the event
• 1 free drink ticket for a beverage of your choice
• Please bring cash for the cash bar
Seating Arrangement:
Tables seat 10 guests each, providing an intimate setting for conversations and camaraderie. Get a ticket or two or reserve a table for your group and enjoy the event together!
Dessert Auction:
At 7:45 PM, we'll kick off our dessert auction! Each table will have the opportunity to bid on a selection of delectable desserts donated by local bakeries and supporters. The highest bidding table will have the privilege of enjoying their chosen dessert right at their table, adding a sweet touch to the evening while contributing to our cause of building homes and hope for families in need.

Join us on a mission to make a difference in the lives of families in El Salvador. We are a group of 10 young adults partnering with Shelter Canada to build 12 homes for families living in dire conditions.
Why We're Going:
The current living situations of these families are unimaginable, with homes made of sticks, mud, and plastic, often with dirt floors. Our goal is to provide safe, lockable homes with concrete floors, offering security and stability.
How You Can Help:
Each home costs $4,000, and your donation goes directly towards construction. Our team members cover their own travel and in-country expenses, ensuring that every dollar donated goes towards building homes.
