El Capitan Canyon - Summer Concert Series with Nate Latta & the Tailgaters

Join us for a special Summer Concert and BBQ with Nata Latta and The Tailgaters. Known for their high-energy blend of Americana, rockabilly, and alt-country, Nate Latta & The Tailgaters deliver a sound that's equal parts country roots, rock-and-roll spirit, and dance-floor fun. Often described as a mix of Johnny Cash, The Clash, and classic rockabilly influences, the band brings an authentic, foot-stomping style that perfectly complements a laid-back evening in the Canyon.Be sure to purchase your tickets for our Canyon BBQ meal in advance.

• Outside Guests must purchase a General Admission ticket to gain entry to the resort. (General Admission tickets do not include the BBQ dinner).
• No outside alcohol permitted. (A large selection of beer and wine are available to purchase in our Canyon Market.
• The Gate opens at 3:30PM for outside guests. Enjoy live music from 4PM to 7PM.
• The pre-plated Canyon BBQ dinner will be served from 5PM to 6:30PM.
• BBQ dinner options include Wood Grilled Tri Tip, Pork Baby Back Ribs with Homemade Peach BBQ Sauce, or 1/2 Smoked Chicken. All dinners include Vegetarian Chili , Oak-grilled Corn, Hominy Salad tossed in a Greek Goddess Dressing, Garlic Bread, House-made BBQ Sauce, and Fresh Pico de Gallo. Each meal is finished with our weekly rotating Cookie special for dessert.
• Our seafood selection this week is Salmon Skewers with Honey-Garlic Dijon Glaze and includes Vegetarian Chili , Oak-grilled Corn, Hominy Salad tossed in a Greek Goddess Dressing, Garlic Bread, House-made BBQ Sauce, and Fresh Pico de Gallo. Each meal is finished with our weekly rotating Cookie special for dessert.
• Our vegetarian feature this week is Grilled Tandoori Tofu Tikka Kebab Skewers with Scratch Tzatziki, Onion & Tomati Salad. Served with Turmeric Cauliflower Rice. Each meal is finished with our weekly rotating cookie special for dessert.
• No outside alcohol permitted. Specialty Cocktail Drinks and a large selection of Beer and Wine are available to purchase in our Canyon Market.
