El Capitan Canyon - Summer Concert Series with Mezcal Martini

Join us for a special Summer Concert and BBQ featuring Mezcal Martini. Blending improvosation, infectious grooves, and scintilating horn lines to create a distinct energy and excitement all it's own. It's sure to be a fun night of dancing with friends and family! Celebrate Fiesta in the Canyon with great music and delicious BBQ specials.

Be sure to purchase your tickets for our Canyon BBQ meal in advance.

• Outside Guests must purchase a General Admission ticket to gain entry to the resort. (General Admission tickets do not include the BBQ dinner).
• No outside alcohol permitted. (A large selection of beer and wine are available to purchase in our Canyon Market.
• The Gate opens at 3:30PM for outside guests. Enjoy live music from 4PM to 7PM.
• The pre-plated Canyon BBQ dinner will be served from 5PM to 6:30PM.
• BBQ dinner options include Wood Grilled Tri Tip, or 1/2 Smoked Chicken. All dinners include Vegetarian Borracho Black Beans , Chipotle Potato Salad, Mexican Green Rice, Charred Fajita Vegitables, Corn Tortillas, House-made BBQ Sauce, and Fresh Pico de Gallo. Each meal is finished with our weekly rotating Cookie special for dessert.
• Our seafood selection this week is Margarita Grilled Shrimp Kabobs, and includes Vegetarian Borracho Black Beans , Corn Tortillas, Chipotle Coleslaw, Charred Faijita Vegitables, Mexican Green Rice, House-made BBQ Sauce, and Fresh Pico de Gallo. Each meal is finished with our weekly rotating Cookie special for dessert.
• Our vegetarian feature's this week include: Vegan "Barbacoa"— . Served with Cabbage Curtido Slaw, and your choice of the BBQ sides listed above.
• And Oak-Grilled Elote Corn Station - Fresh whole corn roasted over oak wood and finished your way with a variety of flavorful toppings, including lime aioli, Tajín, Parmesan, pesto butter, buffalo sauce, chili powder, Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and creamy mayo. A fun and interactive BBQ favorite available à la carte this week.
• No outside alcohol permitted. Specialty Cocktail Drinks and a large selection of Beer and Wine are available to purchase in our Canyon Market.
