Ekphrastic Poetry at the Museum
Join us at the Museum of History Benicia for an afternoon where art, history, and words collide.
February 8th
12–3 PM
Wander the museum and write a poem inspired by an image, an artifact, or a moment from history that stops you in your tracks. Any poetic style is welcome — your only limit is 5 minutes of reading time.
Can’t make it in person? No problem. You’re welcome to draw inspiration from our extensive online archives as well.
