EJ Softball Club End of Season Banquet

When: Tuesday, November 1

Where: EJCHS Cafeteria

Time:

• 6:00pm-6:30pm - Dinner and Mingling
• 6:30pm-7:30pm - Program

Who: This is a time where we come together and celebrate the girls. Both middle and high school softball teams will be celebrated at this one banquet. Families are invited to attend as well. It is an expectation, per coaches, for the players to attend.

Details: Plan to enjoy dinner, program, and a raffle! A portion of the program will include our end of season annual business meeting of the EJ Softball Club. We will elect 2023 Officers of the EJ Dugout Club. The bulk of the program will be celebrating both middle and high school teams, feature comments from Coaches and special awards.

Cost:

• Players and Coaching Staff - Free! It is an expectation, per coaches, for the players to attend.
• Family and Friends - $10/per person
• 10 and under - $5

Please note the cost on eventbrite is marked "Free." The only free tickets are for players and coaching staff. We are not collecting payment on this platform in an effort to avoid added fees to you at the time of registration.

Please RSVP only if you plan to attend. We will use all RSVP's for a headcount for the catering.
