EIRA Gathering 2026
Opening a year of dialogue, recognition and community activation around diversity as a fundamental condition of Social Impact in Health.
EIRA Gathering 2026 is the annual activation moment of the EIRA Movement.
EIRA is a philanthropic, social-impact and catalytic movement that brings together Knowledge, Recognition and Community to advance Social Impact in Health and meaningful change in human wellbeing.
The Gathering brings Curators, Laureates, recognised voices and the wider community together around one meaningful reality. In 2026, that reality is diversity.
Diversity is often treated as an inclusion issue. EIRA Gathering 2026 approaches it as a condition for Social Impact in Health.
If impact is to improve real lives, it must recognise the differences that shape dignity, evidence, care, creativity, institutions and human experience.
Diversity is not only about who is present. It changes what we are able to see, value, care for and transform.
The evening is designed as a curated journey of dialogue, recognition and shared reflection.
Through conversations with EIRA Laureates and Curators, the Gathering will explore how diversity affects people, institutions, care, evidence, creativity and society.
The Gathering is not a conventional conference or awards ceremony. It is a shared moment intended to generate reflection, knowledge materials and community activation beyond the stage.
Registration for EIRA Gathering 2026 is controlled through Eventbrite access codes to protect capacity, guest flow and the curated nature of the Gathering.

Welcome Gathering
Info: Arrival, accreditation and informal welcome. Guests are invited to reconnect, meet new participants and begin entering the annual reality of EIRA Gathering 2026: diversity as a fundamental condition of Social Impact in Health. This first moment is part of the Gathering experience: a calm and human space before the stage journey begins.

The Gathering Stage
Info: A curated stage journey with EIRA Curators, Laureates and recognised voices. Through dialogue, Recognition and shared reflection, the Gathering will explore how diversity shapes dignity, evidence, care, creativity, institutions and Social Impact in Health. The evening will bring forward different perspectives on diversity, including neurodiversity and creative value, sex and gender bias in health, and institutional transformation in response to diverse realities.

Closing Gathering Cocktail
Info: A post-stage gathering to continue the conversation, deepen connections and carry the evening’s reflection into the wider year of community activation. This closing moment allows guests, Curators, Laureates and recognised voices to meet informally and extend the shared learning beyond the stage.
