About this Event
The EIC is delighted to host the EIC Breakfast in Lousiana – Opportunities with Commonwealth LNG and Wood event, taking place on 03 December, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This dynamic event will convene EIC members and key players from across the energy industry to explore emerging trends, strategic developments, and business opportunities shaping the North & Central America region.
EIC DataStream is tracking US$443 billion in energy projects in Louisiana, spanning midstream, data centres, downstream, power, hydrogen, carbon capture, renewables, upstream, energy storage, and transmission and distribution. Midstream accounts for US$257 billion of that total. Among these projects is Caturus’ Commonwealth LNG, a US$23 billion export terminal in Cameron Parish whose first phase reached FID in May 2026. Wood, the global consulting and engineering company, brings its experience across LNG and energy infrastructure on the Gulf Coast, from early engineering and design through project management. At this breakfast, Commonwealth LNG and Wood will share their plans for the region and where they see opportunities for the supply chain.
