This workshop introduces participants to the impact Aires can have on our nervous system. In Curanderismo, Aires are understood as conditions that can cause imbalances in physical, spiritual, and emotional realms. An overview of the thirteen Aires and how to fortify our energetic field through the three sacred energy centers of the Tonalli, Teyolia, and Ihyotl will be shared.
