Egyptian Wisdom - The Magic of the Heart

In celebration of World Philosophy Day, we invite you to a special immersive workshop on the Wisdom of Ancient Egypt!

For the Egyptians, “magic” was not illusion. It was the science of connections: the relationship between the human being, nature, the cosmos, oneself, and others. Simple yet profound, this science opens a new way of seeing life, guided by a constant quest for justice, meaning, righteousness, and self-mastery—reflecting the very nature of the universe.

In this workshop, you’ll have the rare opportunity to explore Egyptian Wisdom through an actual reproduction of the 76-foot-long Papyrus of Ani. Beautifully illustrated with vivid scenes depicting the journey of the soul after death. However, this masterpiece is not truly about death. Rather, it reveals symbolic keys and wisdom on how to live a meaningful and harmonious life.

Join us this for this unique workshop to discover practical insights on how the Heart, the seat of consciousness and wisdom, can allow us to repel the forces of inner chaos so we can find harmony within ourselves, with others and with time!

Please note that the entrance to the event is on Danforth Avenue. It is to the left of a store called Book City and we will have one of the volunteers present at the door.
