Ages 2-12: Join Culpeper County Parks & Recreation, community vendors, volunteers, and more at the Culpeper Sports Complex - 16358 Competition Dr., Culpeper, VA 22701 for a fun night of egg hunting and family-friendly activities. The Egg Hunt will be broken into age groups 2-3, 4-5 and 6-8, and 9-12. Children will then be directed to their respective soccer field (divided by age group) to hunt for candy.
Field Line-Up Times
- Adaptive Field: 6:00pm
- Ages 2-3: 6:30pm
- Ages 4-5: 6:30pm
- Ages 6-8: 7:15pm
- Ages 9-12: 7:15pm
What is the ADAPTIVE FIELD - The Adapted Candy Hunt Field designed for children ages 2 - 12 who may need a little more time, support, or space to enjoy the fun of gathering candy!
To make things easier for everyone, we’ll also have candy grabbers and balance support tools available to help kiddos reach candy and move around safely.
This field will be supported by amazing volunteers from Special Olympics Area 17 athletes, Compass staff, and the Reimagining Recreation team from CCPR.
We kindly ask that families be mindful and considerate when choosing this field. This space is intended for children who benefit from additional support, so everyone has a fair and joyful chance to participate.
