EFT Tapping Circle: Releasing Love Blocks

One of my favorite ways to gently identify and shift these deeper patterns is through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping. It’s practical, effective, and surprisingly powerful — and it’s even more impactful in a group setting.

This circle is designed to help you release limiting beliefs around love, dating, worthiness, and attachment in a supportive, grounded community.
