The two-hour Effiji Breathwork experience is a powerful and transformative technique that will help you to flat out FEEL BETTER. I met Elijah Nisenboim (founder of Effiji Breath) in the fall of 2012. I think I was one of those depressed people that would’ve somehow found my way to an ashram if I hadn’t met Elijah.
In the fall of 2012, I’d lost a business, my father was dying of brain cancer, I was living off unemployment that was close to running out… to say the least I was struggling. And then I did the breath.
The tool of Effiji Breathwork single-handedly saved my life. It helped me to tap back into the most creative and inspired parts of myself. I could suddenly see that I wasn’t destined to keep going down, or even stay where I was… but to seize the opportunity to elevate.
I never thought I’d lead people. I didn’t seek out facilitation. It found me. Elijah asked me to help him run his business, and with my acceptance we began traveling and leading sessions, workshops, retreats, all over the U.S. I became a facilitator because I was there.
Flash forward to today, where I’m the most woo-woo person I know and I can’t wait to get my hands on you.
The breath has helped me to hone my intuition, to open up the channel, and I’ve somehow become the loving vessel I always knew was inside of me. I can’t really tell you when it happened… but it did. I trust my machinery to guide you and to give you the most helpful and spirited guidance… sometimes with a punch (of love!)
