About this Event
A Seattle HR Collective Meetup
Join Christian Anibarro, Director of Operational Effectiveness from Intentional Futures (iF), and Sarah Wilkins, COO and co-founder of Reverb, to chat about creating spaces, whether physical or otherwise, with intentionality, care, and humanity. Whether you're welcoming your employees back to the office and working on an RTO strategy or looking to make meetings more effective, we'll dive into ways to bring empathy and trust to your organization's culture.
We're excited to be hosting our 2025 Meetups in person again: Meet us at 3:30 on March 6th at 2329 East Madison Street - We'll bring the food, drinks, and conversation, you bring your questions! We can't wait to share space with you.
Audience
HR folks and anyone interested in helping to create healthy workplace cultures through engaging and inclusive practices. People from all company types, sizes, and industries are welcome.
Agenda
3:30 ~ Arrive, grab a bite to eat, settle in
4:00 - 5:30 ~ Fireside chat, Q&A
5:30 - 6:00 ~ Mingle, chat with your speakers, make new connections
Other Questions
- Dress code: Truly whatever makes you comfortable.
- We're hesitant to call this a "networking" event since that feels somewhat sterile and corporate - This is a space to show up as you are and engage thoughtfully with your Seattle HR and startup community in an authentic and warm environment. But there is opportunity to meet new folks and expand your circle.
About the Seattle HR Collective
Welcome to all new members! We are the Seattle HR Collective and our goal is to create a new forum for Seattle area HR leaders and folks interested in creating healthy cultures to take HR performance and leadership to the next level. Together, we are passionate about helping to build and support strategic and effective HR leaders. We are a startup-friendly HR community that provides professional development beyond the basics of HR in the form of training, best practices, guest speakers, and networking.
All company types, sizes, and industries are welcome. If you're planning to join us be ready to listen, ask questions, share your expertise, and be curious.
