Effective Communication in Ecclesial & Social Environments

With expertise in leadership development, organizational change leadership, and organizational transformation, Dr. Caryn Stanley will lead this three-hour workshop on effective organizational communication for lay leaders. This workshop builds emotional intelligence, helping lay leaders understand their communication patterns and adapt to different styles. Participants will learn practical tools for effective communication and will develop skills to build stronger relationships in ministry and beyond.

The Formed For the Call Workshop Series for Lay Leaders is administrated by the Catholic Schools and Parishes Initiative in collaboration with the Archdioceses of Milwaukee Lay Initiative. Completion of the series over four semesters will result in a Certificate of Completion sponsored by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and Marquette University.

Each workshop costs $25 to attend.
