Rooted in Shared City’s Effective Charity principles, this workshop equips participants with a clearer understanding of poverty, relationships, and long-term impact so that our efforts truly support growth, dignity, and stability.
What You Will Learn
Understanding Poverty • Building Trust Through Relationships • Relief, Rehabilitation & Development • Applying Effective Charity in Real Life
Participants will explore how poverty is complex and relational, why long-term relationships matter, and how to discern the difference between relief, rehabilitation, and development in real-life situations. The workshop will also provide practical, interactive scenarios that help translate these ideas into everyday decisions and actions.
