Join East European Rock Alliance (EERA) on February 27 at The Pub Universității in Bucharest for our free international workshop designed to empower young and emerging artists! This event brings together industry professionals, artists, and representatives from Romania, Poland, and Slovakia to share essential insights into the music industry and provide you with practical strategies and tools to kickstart your rock career.

What to expect:
This free workshop is part of the East European Rock Alliance (EERA), a collaborative project uniting Romania, Poland, and Slovakia to support emerging and young rock artists.
Our workshop is structured into four engaging segments:
• INTRODUCTION: Get an overview of the EERA Project and meet our guest speakers (Bartłomiej Stolarek, Piotr Miazek, Bartosz Krusznicki, Dominika Martišek, Martin Mihalcin, Mihai Tivadar, Ramona Gram, Sorin Enuș, Adrian Urițescu & Robert Rusz) who will share their valuable experiences and insights.
• STRATEGIES: Learn how to set clear goals, maintain authenticity, and balance creative vision with the practical realities of the industry. Discover how to build your unique artistic identity, grow your local and national audience, and eventually expand onto the international stage through networking and strategic collaborations.
• TOOLS: Explore the essential resources for managing a band or music project, from choosing the right legal framework and understanding industry roles to exploring funding options and mastering tour logistics. Learn effective communication techniques, including how to create press releases, Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), and leverage social media for promotion.
• GENERAL Q&A: Conclude the workshop by asking your burning questions and receiving personalized advice from our expert panel. This final segment will also highlight opportunities provided by the EERA Project.
