In 2020 EEON held our 3rd Biennial Summit. You can read about the success of that virtual event here.

In 2022 we are back in person at RMIT's Storey Hall, Melbourne, coupled with an online option.

Karen owns and operates Karen Milward Consultancy Services with extensive consulting experience and networks across Australia. Karen is a Yorta Yorta woman who was born and raised in Melbourne. Karen is a strong advocate for developing culturally appropriate solutions to the issues confronting Indigenous people that empower individuals and communities so they can confidently and effectively move forward.

Glenn Singleton

Founder & CEO at Courageous Conversation. Glenn E. Singleton has devoted over thirty years to constructing racial equity worldwide and developing leaders to do the same. He is the author of Courageous Conversations About Race: A Field Guide for Achieving Equity in Schools (2006 & 2014), a protocol for sustained, deep dialog, and the creator Beyond Diversity™, the curriculum that has taught hundreds of thousands of people how to use it.

Maria Dimopoulos

Maria Dimopoulos is nationally and internationally recognised as an expert specialising in the intersections of diversity, gender equality and the law. She is an outstanding communicator and facilitator and possesses an extraordinary ability to captivate her audience. She has had extensive experience in policy formulation for the Government sector, research for social planning and in community education.

Adam Fennessy

Adam Fennessy PSM is the Victorian Public Sector Commissioner. The Victorian Public Sector Commission plays a key role in stewardship of the Victorian public sector. It works to strengthen the efficiency, effectiveness and capability of the public sector and maintain and advocate for public sector professionalism and integrity.
