Following his NAACP Image Award-winning Vol. 1, this new chapter draws further inspiration from the rich musical heritage of Simon’s homeland and neighboring countries, bringing to light beloved classics and hidden gems from the Latin American songbook through jazz-informed interpretation. Each piece is reimagined through Simon’s refined touch as an arranger, resulting in a vibrant dialogue between tradition and innovation.
