Educator Open House at The New York Public Library

Join the Center for Educators and Schools for behind-the-scenes tours, hands-on encounters with archival materials, and opportunities to connect with staff from across the Library. Learn how NYPL—from its research centers to its neighborhood branches—can support your teaching.

Discover free classroom-ready resources, professional learning opportunities, curriculum guides, field trips, after-school programs, and more. Whether you're a returning educator or new to NYPL, this open house is a chance to connect, explore, and get inspired for the year ahead.

Participating teachers will receive 2 CTLE credit hours. Small bites, refreshments, wine, and beer will be served.
