Since 2007, multi-instrumentalist Educational Davis has been a creative entity in new wave bands such as The No and Maybe Game, Baristacide, Therapy Drones, and countless other bands in Madison, WI. In 2018, Educational Davis went solo with his first synth-pop album Sing Bleow Bleow. He has since released a second double-album Navigation and put together a live backing band consisting of Madison musicians Brian Whitney (guitar/synthesizers), Paul Marcou (drums), Kurtis Lawe (bass), and Alex Wiley Coyote (synthesizers). The live show is an explosive amalgamation of 80s new wave, goth-rock, italo disco, funk, and hard rock. With his band, Educational Davis is working on a third album entitled “The Blue World.”
