We give back to those who attended our social event at The Bell back in February.
The beauty of mixing vinyl in an intimate setting has really helped curate a community feel around our events and the support we have been shown so far has allowed us to secure several residencies in Bristol.
We have a mixture of fresh local talent to go alongside our two headline acts who represent everything that Education Sessions is about.

DJ Crewz and Kickback are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to talking about the growth of Bristol's Drum & Bass scene and this is definitely reinforced by their tune selection and how they use of a pair of technics.
With knowledge of how events were constructed in the 90's, stories of playing festivals such as Glastonbury and involvement with the creation of vinyl releases alongside working in record stores...
We will continue to bring Bristol's best kept secrets to Cosies.
There will be a 20 E-Tickets for this event on Headfirst but as always it will be £5.00 cash or card on the door with a percentage of the profit being paid to every DJ involved.

DJ CREWZ
A fountain of knowledge when it comes to organising club events in Bristol pre 2000 which many consider to be a golden era of raving and music production.
Many would love to experience these days but simply couldn't because they were either too young or hadn't even been born yet.
DJ Crewz started playing out at parties in 1996 at various community events around Bristol. He was also one of the longest serving hosts on Passion FM which is one of Bristol's original pirate radio stations.
He was also involved in many nights and frequented line ups that included the likes of Zinc, Brockie, Clipz, Randall, Andy C and Stevie Hyper D. The list goes on.
It's an absolute honour to welcome back a local legend/promotor who even used to host events at Cosie's before some of us had even started school.
He will taking us back with a selection he has asked us to brand as a 'History of Bristol set' that may contain dubplates?
Not to be missed.

KICKBACK
1996 could be one of the most influential years in Drum & Bass.
This was the year Jungle/Drum & Bass was gaining notoriety fast. With half of our residents giving this year a honourable mention.. it was also the time Kickback became infatuated with the rave scene.
Kickback started to collect records and soak up his musical surroundings. After developing his confidence he decided to enter a DJ competition which lead to him gaining many different residencies across the southwest.
After putting in years of work his experience and networking ability lead to bigger opportunity with promotions such as Slammin' Vinyl, Westfest and Glastonbury festival.
He has also worked in a few record shops where he taught one of our Resident DJs how to place a stylus on a vinyl without breaking it first time.
Kickback now works alongside Bristol legend DJ Bunjy to create a digital label called 'X-AMNT' and also supports longterm friend Vinyl Junkie at his record fayres.

EMINENCE
Originally from Leeds this talented female has experience with both event management and music production.
Eminence founded Upraw Events which delivered some of the most organic Jungle events that Leeds had ever seen.
Since then her enthusiasm and determination to constantly improve has seen her pursue a career in music and she has making lots of noise in Bristol in a short space of time.
Her production keeps going from strength to strength with her latest release on Racked Records being cut to vinyl entitled the 'A.I EP'.
We are extremely lucky to have such talent on our line up.

HIDDEN ELEMENT
We recently hosted a social event at The Bell on Stokes Croft and gave opportunity to those who mixed records to get involved with our events.
Hidden Element seems like a fitting name for this DJ. He came out of nowhere and set the pace for the rest of the evening and made himself a very hard act to follow.
This DJ has an impressive decade of mixing experience and is also the founder of Junglist Dub Club in West Wales who share a similar ethos to our event management.
We cannot wait to hear this individual open up for us. The best sets come from people like Hidden Element who only comes to impress and maximise their potential.
DANNERZ
Being part of the current administration team at Education Sessions. This impressive DJ will be filling the void of everything that hasn't already been played on the evening and closing down Cosies in spectacular fashion once again.
Known for his quick mixing and acute execution of a track.
He will be bringing you a powerful hour of upfront Drum & Bass that will not make you want to leave Cosies.
