Tisha, Memory Care Director at University Senior Living in Ann Arbor, Michigan, began her healthcare journey in 2013 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in skilled nursing. A year later, she transitioned to assisted living and discovered her passion for working with seniors with dementia. For the past five years, Antisha has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents. She provides personalized care to ensure residents feel safe and secure, developing routines that reduce confusion.
