Stephanie serves as the Memory Care Director at Vitalia Westlake and brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. She has completed extensive specialized training, including a favorite session with Dr. Tam Cummings. Stephanie studied Medical Administration and Marketing at Chancellor University and is guided by the six C’s of dementia care: Care, Compassion, Courage, Commitment, Competence, and Communication. She considers it a privilege to support individuals and families through their dementia journey. Passionate about lifelong learning, Stephanie remains dedicated to advancing her knowledge and sharing best practices in dementia care.
