Hannah Dannewitz is the Assistant Executive Director at Rock Creek Senior Living. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has worked in senior care for over 10 years and has her Master's in Gerontology. She has experience working across all levels of care (skilled, short term rehab, independent, and assisted living) but her heart is with memory care. She is passionate about helping individuals and families throughout their journey with dementia.
