Edmonton Wood Solutions Conference - Exhibitor Booths

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Wood Solutions Conference, the premier event in Canada dedicated to design and construction with wood and related products.

To secure a 8x10 exhibit booth opportunity at the Wood Solutions Conference - Edmonton on December 3, 2024, please complete your registration and payment through Eventbrite at your earliest convenience. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. There are no holds on booth spaces.

The fee for a 8x10 booth is $1,500 +GST and includes a draped 8x10 exhibit space, a table and two chairs, and full conference registration (including lunch and coffee breaks) for 2 company representatives. Additional company representatives may register as a regular delegate at a 50% discount off the regular ticket price.

There are 20 booths available. Please refer to the Exhibitor Map below to see the exhibit hall layout and the location of these booths. Spaces are sold by booth number, so please purchase the 'ticket number' that corresponds with your preferred booth number / location. If your preferred booth number is not available, that means it has already been purchased by another exhibitor.

You will be able to set up your booth before the event on Monday December 2, time TBD.
