Voting eligibility
In order to be eligible to vote in a nomination, members must be in good standing and must meet both the length of membership requirement and the residency requirement, as set by the Alberta NDP constitution.
Members in good standing must have joined the Alberta NDP before 10:00 PM on the 14th day prior to the nomination meeting in order to be eligible to vote in the nomination. For example, if the nomination meeting is scheduled for May 15th, the individual must have purchased their membership by 10:00 PM on May 1st.
