Specializing in the underwater realm as an educator and ocean advocate, award-winning producer and filmmaker, underwater photographer, author, motivational speaker, and founder of Dive Into Your Imagination, Annie Crawley inspires. Traveling around the world with a camera in hand, she shares the ocean with you. Take a deep dive and explore what lies just below the surface of the Salish Sea in our very own underwater backyard here at the Edmonds Dive Park.

Originally from Chicago and trained as a photo and broadcast journalist, Annie Crawley spent the past two decades living and working around the world. After learning to scuba dive and sail, she became a PADI Master Scuba Diving Instructor and a 100 ton US Coast Guard Captain. Annie specializes in the underwater realm as an underwater photographer, filmmaker, field biologist and ocean expert. Annie is a member of the Women Divers Hall of Fame, an Oris Sea Hero and an SSI 5000 Platinum Pro Diver.

As a producer, Annie Crawley created an award winning series of children’s ocean books, eBooks, DVDs, and educator guides after being awarded four grants from the Save Our Seas Foundation. She has traveled and documented expeditions around the world including the SEAPLEX expedition with Project Kaisei to The North Pacific Gyre, more commonly known as the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. just released and awarded a Junior Library Guild Selection. published by Reader’s Digest Children’s Publishing, Annie Crawley’s first publication, has sold more than 150,000 copies. Because of Annie Crawley’s success following her dreams, she relates the lessons learned growing up and traveling in a way that will empower, inspire and motivate any audience to live out of the vision they create for themselves. Annie believes in the principals of Conscious Leadership.
