Touch-a-Truck, presented by Edmond Electric, is a fundraising event benefiting the HOPE Center of Edmond set for Saturday, June 6, from 9 am to 12 pm at UCO parking lot #6. Admission is a suggested $2 donation.Kids of all ages can experience life-size vehicles and interact with community support leaders like law enforcement officers, firefighters, line workers, and others from local businesses. Families will have the opportunity to explore City of Edmond vehicles, such as fire trucks, police cars, an Edmond Electric bucket truck, and a solid waste truck, as well as vehicles from the community, including tow trucks, storm tracker vehicles, construction equipment, and more! Plus, kids won't want to miss special appearances by a few surprise character guests!
There will be a quiet hour from 9am – 10am to accommodate those sensitive to loud noises. During this time, no horns or loud music will be allowed.
